Every month, subscribers receive an exclusive Aurie Luxe candle fragrance designed just for the subscription box, along with a crystal, a tarot or oracle card from ever-rotating decks, a tealight sample and a love letter from us to you with journal prompts and manifestation rituals for the month ahead. The cost of shipping is included in all our subscription boxes.

We'll let you know the scent ahead of time via email, but the name will be a surprise until you unbox your subscription. Don't like the sound of this month's fragrance? No worries - you can swap it out for any of our existing candles.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be charged?

Your first charge will be on the day you place your order, with subsequent charge dates being on the 1st of the next box month. For example, if you sign up for the subscription on August 15, you'll be charged August 15th for the August box and September 1st for the September box. If you sign up on September 19, you'll be charged on September 19 for the September box and October 1st for the October box. 

When will my order ship?

If you place your order between the first and the 25th of the month, your order will start with that current month's box and ship within a matter of days, with subsequent boxes shipping on the first of the month. If you place your order between the 26th-31st of the month, you'll start your subscription with the following month's box and it will ship on the 1st of the month.

Will I know the scent ahead of time? 

The scent notes for the upcoming box will be revealed ahead of time via email (as long as you're signed up for our email newsletter - you can do that at the bottom of this page) and on this subscription box page.

What if I don't think I'll like this month's candle?

If you don't think you're going to like it, no worries! Just send us an email at hello(at)shywolfcandles.com and let us know an existing candle from our catalog you'd like to have it replaced with.

Can I cancel my subscription?

This all depends on the plan you choose. If you choose a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time before you've been billed for the upcoming month (we'll send you a reminder email about the subscription before billing you). For 3 and 6 month subscriptions, you can cancel once you've received your 3 or 6 boxes depending on your plan; we'll send you an email before your subscription is renewed as a reminder in case you want to cancel.

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?

No, the cost of shipping is included in your shy wolf subscription.

What's the difference in the monthly, 3 month and 6 month subscription?

The difference is in how often you pay for your subscription. For the monthly subscription, you will be billed every month for your shipment and can cancel anytime before your order has been shipped. For the 3 month subscription, you'll be charged for 3 months upfront at a discounted rate and can choose to either cancel if you like after you've received 3 boxes, otherwise your subscription will be renewed. For the 6 month subscription, you'll be charged for 6 months upfront at a discounted rate and you can choose to cancel if you'd like after receiving 6 boxes, otherwise your subscription will be renewed.
