Tier status is valid for 12 months. If you don't earn the points required to maintain your tier within that period, your status will be adjusted to the level below. Once you're in, you have a full year to keep it.
Simply reach out to us and we'll manually add the points to your account. We've got you covered.
Points are personal and non-transferable between accounts.
Points earned on cancelled or refunded orders are automatically removed from your account once the cancellation is processed. Any redeemed points used on that order will be returned to you.
